Our Staff

Randall has been in the funeral profession since 2004. He came to Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals & Cremations in 2009 as a memorial specialist.

Barbara has been with Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals & Cremations since 2001. She assists in the office as well as with gatherings, vistiations, and funeral services.

Denise has worked in office administrations since 1997. She is currently working as an administrative assistant and assisting with the front office as needed.

Deema has been in the funeral profession since1999. She graduated from Cypress College where she received her certificate in mortuary science in 1999, and then became a licensed embalmer in 2001. She started with Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals & Cremations in 2004 as an embalmer.

Leeroy has been in the funeral profession since 1966. He was the former owner and operator of Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals and Cremations. He has his embalmers license, preneed license, and funeral director's license. He is active in serving his community with various organizations. He currently assists with gatherings, visitations, and funerals.

Stephen has been with Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals & Cremations since 2008. He assists with making arrangements, gatherings, visitations, and funeral services. He also is a certified cremationist.

Elaine Heitman has been in the funeral industry for 42 years. She has managed our Lancaster location since 2008. Previously she managed our Palmdale location since 1999. She has her funeral directors license since 1997, a preneed license since 1991 and a crematory manager license since 2001. She serves in various service clubs in the Lancaster area and has given her life to serving others in her community.

Leigh has been a memorial specialist with Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals & Cremations since 2004. She has worked in the Lancaster location since 2009 and previously at our Palmdale location.

Beverly has been with Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals & Cremations since 2005. She started in our Mojave office then joined our team here in Lancaster. She now assists with gatherings, visitations and funerals.

David has been in the funeral profession since 1988. He graduated from Cypress College receiving a degree in mortuary science in 1988. He later received his embalmers license in 1990 and in 1997 received his funerals director’s license. He has been with Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals & Cremations since 1991.

Howard has been with Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals & Cremations since 2006. He assists with gatherings, visitations and funerals.

Pete has been in the funeral profession since 2005. He also is a certified cremationist since 2006. In 2009 Pete graduated from Mesa Community College receiving his Associate’s degree in mortuary science. He came to Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals & Cremations in 2009 where he is now working towards becoming a licensed embalmer.

Randy is new to our team here at Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals & Cremations. He started January of 2012. and will be assisting our support team with services.

Stacy has been at Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals & Cremations working in the front office since 2003.

Donna has been working as an administrative assistant with Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals & Cremation since 2009. She is always willing to help other staff members as well as serving the families we take care of. She has lived in the Lancaster area her entire life and is active in the community throughout the year.

Diane as been with Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals and Cremations since 1991. She started out as a Document Secretary. In 1998 she became a licensed Funeral Director. She now assists in the front office as well as with gatherings, visitaitons and funerals.

William has been with Halley Olsen Murphy Funerals and Cremations since October 2009.
